Custom & Personalized Items
Because these products are produced specifically for you based on your approved proof, they cannot be returned for reasons of preference. However, if a product is defective, misprinted, or damaged due to our error, we will reprint or refund at no cost. See our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Ready-to-Ship (Non-Customized) Items
Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused, original condition and packaging for a full refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer team at 800.869.7562 or customerteam@magnetsusa.com.
- Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return-shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the RMA on the outside and ship to the address provided.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened packaging on products sold in sealed units
- Custom-printed or personalized items (except for quality defects)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Call us if you'd like help coordinating.
Damaged in Shipping
Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damage and packaging help us process the claim quickly. We'll ship a replacement right away — no need to wait for the damaged item to return.
