All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion. Pricing and product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability but may contain typographical errors. In case of a pricing error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
4. Custom & Personalized Products
Custom and personalized products are produced specifically for you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Once approved, customized items cannot be returned unless defective, misprinted, or damaged due to our error. See Returns & Refunds.
5. Artwork, Content & User Submissions
You warrant that any artwork, logos, text, or other content you submit:
- Is owned by you or you are authorized to use it
- Does not infringe any third-party rights
- Is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable
You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to produce and ship your order. You agree to indemnify and hold Magnets USA harmless against claims arising from content you submit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, trademarks, text, designs, images, and software — is the property of Magnets USA® (Stickers Plus, LTD) or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed unless you have purchased a guaranteed-delivery option. See our Shipping Information for details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order is defective, misprinted, or damaged due to our error, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint or refund at no cost to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnets USA's total liability arising out of or related to any product, order, or use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
11. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
